Dr. Mela brings extensive clinical research experience across respiratory, inflammatory, and immunologic conditions, with prior studies involving asthma, severe uncontrolled asthma, pediatric asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cystic fibrosis. Board certified in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and in Pediatrics, she has served as Principal Investigator on numerous Phase II and Phase III trials, supporting identification and enrollment of respiratory and immunology study candidates.
