With more than a decade of experience across clinical research, patient recruitment, and strategic partnerships, Kim has supported sponsors, CROs, and research organizations in accelerating study enrollment and expanding patient access.

Prior to joining Hawthorne Health as Head of Sales, Kim held commercial leadership roles at Profound Research, Sangamo Therapeutics, and Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, a division of PPD. Her experience spans community-based research, alliance management, decentralized trial strategies, and patient recruitment programs across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
